Soups are my easy filling Happy Recipes.I would be very happy if I can prepare freshly made soup for my dinner. I am big fan of spicy warmth of Soup taste.

This soup base is from Korean Method of preparation I added my twist to make it more Spicy.

I tried to make soup several times so far but never failed with taste.My Kids want to have this atleast once a week.If you want to try something new, tasty, healthy this is must try recipe!

Ingredients to make Soup Base 🥣 Tasty Section 1


  • 📝 Dried flying fish
  • 📝 Shiitake mushroom
  • 📝 Dried Bonito, kelp

Alternative 👨‍🍳
If you don’t have these handy try this tasty natural no added preservatives Natural Soup Base.

Note: this would not even smell Fishy.but adds lot of flavor & Nutrition for your soup base.

Other Ingredients to make Soup🥣 – Section 2


  • 📝 2 Organic Eggs
  • 📝 1 Cube of Firm Tofu
  • 📝 Fresh Seaweed (Optional)
  • 📝 Premium Korean Traditional Soybean Miso Paste
  • 📝 Dried Red Chilli Flakes.
  • 📝 Green Spring Onions(Optional)
  • 📝 salt to Taste.
  • 📝 Sesame Seeds (Optional)

How to Prepare OIL FREE Egg Drop Tofu Soup

Enjoy This Spicy OIL FREE Egg Drop Tofu Soup


Step 1 Simmering Water 🥣:

  1. Take A Wide Pan of your choice
  2. Take 4 Cups of Water.
  3. Add a Pinch of Salt & Bring it to Boil on High Flame.
  4. Add 1 Packet of Natural Soup Base or Section 1 Ingredients List.
  5. Let water Simmer to 3 cups approximately with a Lid covered .
  6. Remove the Natural Soup Base Packet or Section 1 Ingredients List from this water so that you end up only favored nutrient soup base.
  7. Note : you can use this base for any dish as stock.

Step 2 Adding Ingredients 🥣:

  1. Now Add Cubed or Minced Tofu
  2. Add 3 tbsp of Premium Korean Traditional Soybean Miso Paste
  3. Note : You add this paste into small bowl + add 2 tsp water + mix properly before adding to original soup base.
  4. It is optional to add Seaweed at this stage if you want to make this more nutrient dense recipe.
  5. Add Chilli flakes is optional depends on your spice level.
  6. Cover it with Lid let this cook for at least 15-20 min on medium heat.
  7. mix your eggs in a seperate bowl pour like a swirl and let this cook for next 5 mins.
  8. remove from the heat.Garnish with Spring onions and some sesame seeds on Top.
  9. Enjoy this Spicy Sizzler Egg Drop Tofu Soup while it is Hot.


TIPS and NOTES 📝

Egg whites: For a lower fat, lower calorie meal, you can replace some or all of the eggs with egg whites from an egg or carton. One whole egg is the same as two egg whites, or you can use ¼ cup of egg whites from the carton.

Low and slow: While Dropping eggs with the best creamy texture, drop them slowly cook them low and slow.
