- First let’s add Raw Mango pieces , pieces of Ripe Tomatoes, Clintatro, Mint Leaves , chunks of onions.
- Now Add Spices Salt , Dry Red Chili Powder , Dry mango Powder (aka Amchur Powder), Dry Chat Masala powder.
- Add Lemon juice.
- Mix all ingredients with hand so that everything is mixed and well coated.
- once you know you are ready to serve then it is time to add roasted Peanuts & Puffed rice & toss gently Caution: don’t over mix.
- Serve immediately.
